VI COMMANDO

Prt. Andrew David Newham, formerly of the Royal Warwickshire Regiment served with No.6 Commando.

Prt. Andrew Newham was reported as being Killed In Action (KIA) on 20th August 1944, aged 22 years.

He was the son of Andrew Laurence Newham and Edith Newham; husband of Joan Kathleen Newham, of Southsea, Hampshire, and was laid to rest in Ranville War Cemetry (Calvados, Normandy, France). Grave IA.D.17.
